I'm Seeing Polka Dots GCD Style

Polka dots are HOT right now, especially GCD stlye. I had fun with this spotty whimsy style. I made two cards the first one a little spotted shabby chic complete with ruffles and the second one bold vintage blinged out in you guessed it, little black dots aka polka dots.
