Stampendous Neighbors

There is nothing better than getting a warm greeting from new neighbors. A handmade card and some warm cookies go a long way! Here is a simple card I made from the Stampendous stamp set Holiday Home. I simply made these cute little houses for every day use instead of being decked out for the holiday's. I used my Copic markers to color up these versatile stamps.

Guest Designer for The Play Date Cafe

I am tickled, robin's egg blue, dusty yellow, and vintage rust, to be guest designing at Play Date Cafe this week! Play Date Cafe is an awesome challenge site based on a story of colors, this weeks story is ravishing. I adore this combo, and was smitten the second I saw it. The colors are so rich and timeless.

For my design I decided to stay with the vintage, old world feel. I made a card using one of my new favorite embellishments, fabric samples from furniture stores! Yup thats right... and they are FREE! This particular embellishment brings a unique texture and life to any piece.

A Stampendous Birthday Tag

Tags are a special and fun way to spruce up any package. Here is a Stampendous Birthday Tag I made for a special "one" year old. For this tag I used the Stampendous Perfectly Clear, Clear Block Art Beautiflowers. I paper pieced this adorable stamp, pop dotted the center and leaves of the flower, then put a sparkly dot in the center. Creating with Stampendous stamps is so fun and easy.

Stampendous Friendship

Every once in a while it is a good thing to let your dear friends know how much you appreciate them. A homemade card can speak volumes. Here is a heartfelt card that was totally inspired by the striking color of Stampendous embossing powder, Blue Tinsel. I could sit and stare into this color all day, it is so bright, sparkly, and beautiful!
