I'm a Girl Friday!

Yup, it's true... I am so excited to announce that I will be designing for the new challenge blog CAS-ual Fridays! This is going to one FUN challenge blog with lots of awesome challenges with a clean and simple format, and don't forget some outstanding sponsors! That means prizes!!

Happy Earth Day

Here is a fun shaped card I made to celebrate Earth Day! For this project I used Glue Dots® Mini's, they are perfect for small tiny pieces. Glue Dots has a spanking newly redesigned web site, stop by and check it out. Happy Earth Day everyone I hope you all enjoy yourselves take a walk outside, smell the clean fresh air, plant a tree or a flower and appreciate this beautiful world we live in!

Made by Hand • GCD

Sadly my designing term at GCD has come to an end. GCD is a top notch company with amazing products. GCD is so generous and I loved and will cherish my experience with them. Here is my last project, a layout of my great niece that I made for GCD using a mixture of their latest collections of paper. Thank you GCD and to Heidi Sonboul for this awesome opportunity.

Stampendous Daisies & A Sketch Challenge!

Today I am so excited to be hosting my very own sketch challenge, sponsored by the ever so fabulous Stampendous Stamps!

For my card I used the Stampendous Perfectly Clear Daisy Stem Stamp. This stamp is so pretty. I colored the image with Copic markers and the carefully cut it out. I then pop dotted the image so it would stand out on my card.

Stampendous Friends

Stampendous Friends are essential in life. Friends are always there for you, through your ups and downs. I tried to capture how special friends really are in this LO of my daughter and her dear friend using the Perfectly Clear, Narcissus stamp from Stampendous. This might be my favorite Stampendous stamp, it is so elegant, and striking. I love the boldness of this stamp, but it is also soft and delicate. To put an extra special twist on this already stampendous stamp I double stamped the image then popped out the center flower to give it more dimension. This is a easy stamping technique.
